I made this for my Thanksgiving dessert and it was really good. I got it from the BE site.

Pumpkin Protein Shake

1 cup water
1/2 cup fat-free half & half
1 scoop of Vanilla protein powder (I used Martix)
1/4 cup pure pumpkin puree (I didn't use because I fogot it)
1/4 cup frozen sugar-free whipped topping, thawed
2-3 Tablespoons splenda
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
6 ice cubes

In a blender combine the water, half & half, vanilla protein, whipped topping, splenda, spices, and ice cubes. Process until smooth and thick. Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.

Well I'm not having the vomiting issue at the moment but now the other end wants to give me trouble and pain so trying to deal with that. I'm 2 months out today and can't wait for that 3 months to roll around so I can see if things are going to change for me for the better according to the nurse and a few other people have said.
I tried the shake today using the pumpkin puree and it was good also, hope you will try it.
