Pssst... I've lost 17.6 lbs. in *20* days as of today. I set my ticker for when I started my 10-day pre-op liquid diet since I'd have never done that (and especially made it through) had it not been for my RNY!

That makes it -7.6 lbs. in the past 10 days...but I will definitely take that!

WOW!!! 100lbs in 5 months! I hope I can do that and it is good to hear that it is possible.

Unfortunately, I had to delete this post due to privacy concerns.

Got a lap band in 2008. Tried hard, but didn't lose much weight & developed swallowing problems. Fought my insurance company for almost a year & finally had a band to DS revision on 5/11/12. Have now lost 125 pounds. Yay!
