I'm here!

Yes, I am still here and doing fine. I can't say the same thing for our heating and air unit. So, Merry Christmas to me...I always wanted a 3 ton heat and air unit under the tree. I just have to remind myself it could be so much worse! The only problem is our house is like a meat locker and we have a desktop so no surfing until the new unit is in. Right now I am freezing and have got to get out of here.

Surgery went great and my recovery has been progressing fine  and without complications. I have now had some egg substitute with cheese and peanut butter, yum!

 Glad to hear surgery went great.  Although right now a new heat/air unit doesn't sound like a good Christmas gift to you, by the time you get there, it'll sound great.  Because once you really start losing weight, chances are you'll be FREEZING!!!  So you'll appreciate it!  While you're at it, you might want to ask for an electric blanket too!  :)

Hi Jennifer glad to know you are doing well.
I am sorry about the heating troubles but I had to laugh when you mentioned about a meat locker.
In the summer I give DH a fit about it being cold like a meat locker but DH is a butcher and works in a real meat locker.
