Barbara, your pictures look excellent. I am glad Ben will be getting his surgery in a couple of weeks as well. I was two years behind my wife having her RNY and today I am only two little pounds away from my first sixty pounds. My main wish for you both is that you both will get to enjoy a better quality of life and each other in so many more things that obesity generally puts a halt to. Just wink at the mirror when you pass by you have done a great job with your journey..

Beautiful family, Barbara!  I can't wait for the day that I feel comfortable having a family photo done.  We haven't had one with all six of us...the last was when Cait was a baby.  It's so exciting that Ben's time is already almost here.  Next year's holiday photos are going to be such a fun comparison for you all!

I decided a number of years ago that it was important to go ahead and have photos and portraits done and I'm glad that we did. Be sure to get some of you now... It will be important in helping you to see the progress that you are making and to help you adjust to the rapidly morphing you.

The pics are absolutley stunning. You are so good about taking pictures. I hope to get some done when Garrett comes home hopefully. It has been a few years since the kids had pics together and I don't think I have been in one with them in many years.

Thank you for the compliments. I do hope that you will have some taken of yourself ...with or without the kids... I just got a thing from Glamour shots for a "Girl's Night Out" Get Together there ... I was thinking about trying to schedule something for us... If I do, you NEED to come do it!

When will Garrett be coming home for a visit? Will he be back at Christmas this year?
