I found a goodie at Walmart

I found a huge container of protien shake mix.
It is called Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protien
2 scoops has 52 grams of protien.
You can mix it with milk or water.
I prefere lactaid milk.
Once I get over the sick feeling which is not too bad if I mix it with Lactaid milk I have found just today it was filling and stayed with me for a few hours.
In fact this afternoon I helped Lee put handful after handful of leaves in the chipper shredder
I know I would never have been able to do this before surgery.
The flavor I got was Cookies and Cream and I paid about 14 dollars for 2lbs of the stuff.

Sure wish Ann had been with me on the Walmart shopping trip.

I have a love/hate relationship with Wally World but it would have been fun to shop with you. I enjoyed our shopping at Trader Joes the other day. I like Walmart for their very cheap clothes. I don't like to spend too much on clothes that will be too big to wear in just a few weeks. But gosh a girl does have to keep warm LOL!
