Avatar help/new pics uploaded

I am trying to change my avatar. When I select my picture and upload it come back and says its too large a file. Any idea how I can get a new avatar? I tried several different pictures.

I also upload some new pictures at a month post-op.

Jeff - I am having the same problem - I may send mine to Allen and Shauna and let them do it for me... I will be looking for someone to respond to you...

Shelia, try www.picnik.com it was very easy. I could download on to my computer then upload to OH and then refresh. If you have any problems let me know.

 I have been trying for weeks and finally gave up!!

I just go into my picture program either Photoshop or HP PhotoSmart Express and reduce the size of the photo to have a maximum of 500 pixels.  Save in my email pics folder and then I upload the small picture. Works for me.

I always use IrfanView and it's free.
