Still learning

Before bed last night I made myself a protien shake with lactose free milk.
It was very tasty and I thought why not add some whipped cream on top.
OMG that was not a good idea.
I am assuming the combination of the cream and lactose free milk made me feel horrible!!!
So another lesson I learned not to do.
Sometimes I have the whipped cream in my coffee and have no problems.

It might have been the fat content and/or if it was sweetened, it could have had a 1, 2 punch. Did you use more than you normally use in your coffee and/or was the total milk content more you normally have?

I'm so sorry that it made you feel bad.

I hope today is a better day.

Annie,
Just in case you want to try it again, there are some really good tasting sugar free whipped creams out there - Land of Lakes is one.  I love it in my shakes!!  Also, Sugar free Cool Whip would probably be good folded into a shake, but I have not tried it.
