I don't want gobs of loose skin - Exercise 9 days out?
I think in the long run a bit of loose skin is not the worst thing in the world that can happen. When my wife began her journey two years ago she basically wound up with some loose places. But from a mans point of view other parts shaped up really nice along with it. Sure we could maybe get this tucked or that inflated a bit more but all in all she is still so much more healthier. As for myself I am gaining in looseness and if that is ever some form of issue that is going to either make or break me I sure hate it for the person that let that get in the way. I think there is a certain strength we all get to some degree as we change into our new selves. Some of us will go at it great guns a blazing to satisfy a desire to achieve the perfection of what we think we should be. Others will just get up in the morning and look in the mirror and be happy to see themselves instead of the alternative we have all shared at some time or another. Gain some faith that in the long run when you have the energy of five of the former you and feel like a million bucks health wise compared to the former self its not so much the skin as the badge of courage for taking a big risk and living to see it through. Just consider the options like you did when you decided to have WLS and the right thing will be right in front of you. Best wishes on the weight loss.
