long time, no post

Unfortunately, I had to delete this post due to privacy concerns.

Got a lap band in 2008. Tried hard, but didn't lose much weight & developed swallowing problems. Fought my insurance company for almost a year & finally had a band to DS revision on 5/11/12. Have now lost 125 pounds. Yay!

Hi Shelli sorry you are not feeling well but glad to see you post about the flu mist.
I always get my shot this time of the year and I will stay with the shot.

Shelli - So glad to see you posting again. I understand what you mean about having to catch up on evryone's posts - if you can't check in at least twice a day, it becomes overwhelming !

I hope you feel better! I actually prefer the nasal spray compared to the shot, I didnt have the reaction you did and hope you are ok
