Where to go for bariatric surgery?

I am retired military using Tricare Prime.  My PCM refered me to Wake Forest Baptist Hospital for surgery.  Because the Dr and his team are not in network it has been imposible to get approved for the surgery.  Are there any members that use Tricare Prime that live in the Winston-Salem area have suggestions of the nearest in network hospital?

We are retired military and I had my surgery in Wilmington which is in network I understand. We are Tricare Standard though.  It is not close to you however and I don't know about your area.

Mike, I meant to ask if you have gone online to the Tricare website and searched for in network facilities?
