OT: Womack quality?

As some of you know, my dear friend Cheri is battling stage 4 breast cancer.

I've mentioned to her that she should consider moving in with me and I could drive her either to Duke or Womack.  Not certain if her TriCare will cover either since her sponsor will be in BFE Missouri (Ft. Leonard Wood), but I thought I would ask.

Is Womack equipped to deal with cancer?  Is it any good, or is it a death sentence?

My BF's little sister was just diagnosed with cervical AND vaginal cancer. Her daughter...17 years old...has been battling breast cancer since Feb of last year, AND her mom was diagnosed Friday with lung cancer.
It doesn't have much to do with your question but wanted to share anyway.
These women have been like family to me for 35 years.
Ouch!

Andrea,

I have a friend in my book club that had breast cancer.  It was nowhere near as severe as Cheri's, but I know that she was assigned to Womack.  I'll give her a call tomorrow and get her honest hard-core input.

She is in complete remission and doing well.  That's certainly our hope for Cheri!  Will let you know as soon as I hear from her.
