Spanx

I haven't seen this posted lately for the newbies so thought this may be a good time.   When i was in the early stages of my wt loss, I heard our OH family talk about body slimmers called Spanx.  At the time, i didn't see the need.  Well after 106 lbs i have quite a bit of hanging skin and jiggle (yes..jiggle!).  I remembered them all talking about Spanx so went and bought a pair of higher power for a straight dress i have.   Without the spanx my saddle bags and tummy felt like they stuck out but with the Spanx, it is awesome.  They are pretty true to size and nothing like the girdles of the olden days.  They pull in the skin and jiggle just enough to give you a really smooth (jiggleless) look.

So glad i remembered y'all talking about these and they are absolutely wonderful.  So newbies, as you go through your journey, this may be something you want to try.

I have found a brand that I really like and it's cost effective too! I like Curves by Bershire. They run about 9.99 at most retailers which is about half of the cost of Assets and a quarter of the cost of Spanx, but recently they must be changing their packaging or something because I've been able to find them at Marshall's for $4.99!!!! What a deal!!
