Looking for a quality scale...

...I purchased a new Health-O-Meter scale 2 months ago and, quite frankly, its a piece of crap. There was a 6 lb. difference in a period of 30 minutes this morning when I got on and  last week my son "lost" 17 lbs. in 3 days. Does anyone know what kind of scales the doctors use or recommened one that is accurate?

Thanks!
Jennifer

Hey Jennifer, I don't know what the doctor recommends but I just purchased new Weigh****cher scales and they weight me 3 lbs more than my doctor's office but they are consisted. Hope you get some answers from the other ones on here.

Jennifer:

Tanita makes a good scale which are quite accurate. My surgeons office uses the really upscale Tanita model. I got mine at Bed, Bath and Beyond for about 50.00. They are quite accurate and weigh me the same as the surgeon's. Good luck!

I give my vote to the Tanita.

My MD also uses the Tanita scale. I have the $50 version at home it is very accurate.

Bed bath and beyond almost always has some coupons.
