Update on my dad

My father appears to be doing great, he is talking to us and even laughing.  He is not out of the woods yet but I am at the airport on my way home as gotta go back to work.  I wanted to thank you all for the prayers...they were really appreciated.

I am home and thank you all again for the prayers.  He is showing improvement but they keep reminding us not out of the woods yet and could be there a month.  Wish i could have won the lottery so i could have stayed up there and pulled my shifts.  Visiting hours were 10 to 10 so we would do 5 or 6 hour shifts so no one was there all day.  With my brother and me leaving today, my mom (who won't drive that far) and sis have the burden.  My other sis works but a little selfish but said she would pull a 3 hour shift tomorrow.

Im so glad your dad is talking and laughing I know you must be worn out tired... the hospital wears me out and I know this was a stressful time for you and your family. Im glad hes doing ok and big hug for you.

Thanks Darcie.  I took today off to charge my batteries back up!   Gonna get some walking in today and Curves and hopefully, that will help me relieve stress and get me moving.
