Never at my pace....
Ok- quick update...
My very aggressive plan of "pick up my paperwork at my PCP and drop it off at UNC" didn't quite pan out....
Turns out I needed a physical from my PCP, so I made an appointment for 3:15 today. I get there have my physical- and all goes well ( Great! (I am thinking) still time to get to UNC!)
NOPE!
I have to have a panel of bloodwork and EKG and a chest XRAY.. (DAMMIT!)
SO we knocked the EKG out of the way at the office and I was able to get my chest XRAY done on the way home.
I have to go back first thing tomorrow morning and get my fasting blood work done (which had I known about the bloodwork, I would have scheduled the appointment for this morning!) So when the bloodwork results come back THEN I will be able to deliver my paperwork to UNC.
So much for taking control! HAHAHA - Always a slave to the system...
BUT! To end on a positve note- I lost 2 pounds from my "farewell tour!"

Hi Kim,
You are taking control. You are just frustrated that the program isn't moving at the pace you'd like it to, but take heart. It is moving.
Congratulations on your weight loss.
Wishing you continued success,
Barb
