Passing Out

 So I had a busy day did not eat much today. I got a call by bff was in the hospital! So off I go to see her.. She is fine but I pass out in her room ! All I can think it's because I had not eaten in 6 hours I drank all day but had very little food. So I learned something. We need to eat even if were not hungry or we get busy cleaning. I feel so stupid to have done that .

Hi Lynn,

I'm so sorry that happened to you. I hope that you will take a few minutes to call your Dr. today to let them know what happened. Hopefully, you can get a couple of protien bars to keep tucked in your purse just in case you find yourself 'stuck' again.

I suggest you get on a food schedule and stick to it - right now you are to be developing the HEALTHY habits you will use FOR LIFE. Waiting so long to eat is a big no-no (as you can see) - there is no way you are meeting nutritional requirements if you are not eating for 6 hours, also you are causing your metabolism to slow to a crawl.... also that behavior can eventually cause your hunger to return - eating every few hours during the day will help with all the above.

First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)

1/14/2025 still maintaining 135 :-)

 I feel fine today. Took my protein bar with me today so while I got busy at work I had my bar to snack on . I wont let this happen again I will be prepared. I have done very well with my diet until this Sunday. I (we) need to stay on top of our needs. I am going to see my pcp on Thursday for a check up and to get some labs done. Thanks everyone
