A question about my insurance...

Hi everyone....I was just wondering, how long does it take for medicaid to get back with the surgeon on if you get approved or not? Also, if anyone has Dr. Mann, could you please tell me a little about him. I went to the required class in Rocky Mount, and i met him. we got to chose who we wanted as our surgeon and i chose him. So any info would be greatly appreciated. Also, is it true i am going to have to take Lovenoz (blood thinner) shots after surgery at home for 1-2 weeks?....Thanks in advance for the responses...Emelinda

Welcome to the group. I had Dr. Mann and I LOVE HIM!! very sweet, very good bedside manner, never rude and always answers all your questions. He did my RNY last September and he is taking my Gall Bladder out tommorro morning. I did not have to take any blood thinner shots at all!!! Best of luck to you!
