I just want to Cry
Tomorrow is a week since my surgery and as far as the stomach and all that is going good now, but this lung problems is about to get the best of me and I'm so tired of my friend saying "why do you complain" about this or that, well hell I'm in pain for one thing and all these dang doctors want to put me on a different drug. I've been sick enough in my life with asthma attacks that I know my body and how I feel. Just like tonight I've been doing alot of coughing and did last night as well and with an asthma attack that is an awful problem to get rid of. I feel I also have the same sinus and ear infections I had before the surgery and its came back full blown and brought its friends to play. Well I can't take the normal treatments of steroids and prednisone so don't what else they can do for me. I'm taking my inhalers, breathing treatments. And yes I just want to cry because I'm suppose to be feeling great and I'm not. I just want to get better and stay that way ya know.
Sorry for all the negative vibes I'm giving out here but I can't tell them to anyone else without getting a lecture of some sort.
Please pray for all this health problems to go away.
Thanks for listening.
Cindy

Dear Cindy,
I'm so sorry to know you're going through such problems on the heels of your surgery. I can imagine how hard it must be to reach out and get rebuked, too. I know emotional pain can sometimes be much worse than physical. Please do not feel like you are all alone. The one thing I saw you ask for, I can freely give. You are in my prayers tonight. May you find relief, comfort, and healing.
Blessings,
Fay

Cindy, I came down sick about 2 weeks ago and I still don't feel 100%. I have felt like crying too because I'm just so sick of being sick and I want to function normally without feeling like crap...the sinus pressure, the body aches, etc. UGH! I can't even imagine how much worse this would feel if I had just been through major surgery and had asthma on top of it all!!! You have every right to complain and cry and have the support of anyone and everyone that knows and cares about you. Take this time to rest, rest, rest and try not to dwell on how you want to feel but focus on healing and it will get you there. {{{Hugs}}}
Cindy,
You are coming to a positive group of people here and what I think we do best is listen... We might not can offer solutions or advice, but we can listen and sympathize with you. As we say in the South, Bless your Heart...
It is hard to feel good about things when you are in pain and it is frustrating to have these health problems now that the surgery is over.
I would think that you are seeing your PCP who knows you and how you respond to meds. Give the office a call and see if there is anything else to do right now. Sometimes it just takes a long time to see results and unfortunately we are in an instant gratification type of world. Including the medical field. LOL
No lectures here - just take care of yourself...
Prayers,
Shelia
