Jeremy ("Vastare") is having surgery Wednesday!

 

I received a message from Jeremy this morning and I am honored to be his angel!  He is having RNY in Hickory NC this Wednesday.  Please send him good wishes via his OH surgery comments page:  http://www.obesityhelp.com/member/vastare/.  His mom will be calling me Wednesday after his surgery so I will let everyone know when I hear from her.

  I have not posted a lot but I would like to thank all of you who do. The wealth of knowledge I have learned on this website is unreal. I am also confident that if something does arise I can come here for questions or support  from people who actually  KNOW what  im going thru. Thank you to Shauna for originally making contact, maybe ill come out of this shell yet.

Jeremy,  You WILL come out of your shell!  Of that, I have no doubt.  I am looking forward to meeting you at the support group meeting this month.  Hope you are well on your way in your recovery by then.  Do you think your mom will attend with you?  My hubby will be there with me and we will be looking for you!  Stay tuned in here at the website and I hope you will share your post-op journey with everyone as it unfolds.  You are in for an awesome year!

Congratulations on your upcoming surgery !  That is only 2 days from today!

And the people here on wonderful - the support and information is the best - I don't know what I would do without my OH family.  Look forward to seeing you in Hickory at the meeting on the 16th.
