five years ago my scale has come back to haunt me again..

I just came in worn to a frizzle from hiking this weekend but could not resist the tell tale scales. Mainly because I ate some noddles last night with chicken cause I was honestly ready for some carbs. I had left home at 264 and hovering around that weight for the past few days. So after lugging a forty pound pack with more stuff than a holiday inn over some low mountains for 7 plus miles and a night under the stars i jumped on the scales and low and behold 259.. I had not seen that score in five years.. I dont want to sound like a horn tooter but it felt good to just not be in the thirty something pounds lost. I had finally arrive in the forty club. It made my day.

Toot away!  That's what we are here for...to celebrate with you every step of the way!  You live in beautiful country out there.  The hiking must have been so fun and what a great way to get in your exercise.  Enjoy!

That is great!  We don't call them tooting our own horn...we say it is sharing WOW moments!

Take care and keep up the great work!

I'll bet that made all the aches and pains just melt away! At least for a minute or two. ;-)

Congratulations and continued success,

Barb
