Barb,
I am so sorry to hear about your family's loss. I will remember all of you in my prayers. My first grandchild (and only granddaughter) was born at 26 weeks. She only lived about 2 hours before she passed. There are no words that will take away the pain and sadness right now. Grace, as was my Danielle, is being rocked in the arms of God.

Thank you for your kindness and your prayers. I'm so sorry to hear of the loss of your own grand-daughter. It's heartbreaking.

As you say, Grace has gone from the loving arms of her parents to God's loving embrace.

Barb,

No one knows the right words to say at a time like this. We want to comfort you and the family, but don't know how. The words sound empty, but I believe you know that each one of us this board have expressed our sadness and offer prayers for the healing of Paige, Steven, and the extended family.

I hope that some day that you can tell your sister how much you and the family are supported in this tragic loss.

Hi Shelia,

Thank you for your kindness and your words of comfort and support. I actually have thougth of printing these out to give to my sister, nephew and neice.

You know it's not 'just' the words, it's almost like walking into a room of friends that has just heard of your trajedy and getting a warm hug and condolence from each one. I know that some are close friends now, some are aquaintances and some people have just met me, but I truly appreciate the warmth, love and concern that has come from so many.

I think it would be a lovely idea to print the messages to share at some time with your sister and Grace's parents. They are not ready it for them yet, but they will be soon. They are dealing with so much right now.
