OT: Update - We lost Grace

Oh Barbara, I am so sorry for your loss.  Each person works through their loss in the way that is best for them, my prayers are that all of you find the path you need for this part of your journey.  (it's a little simplistic, but I feel better thinking that Grace is now able to play with my older sister Edna, my nephew Rick, and that my parents are watching them all.)  Please feel my arms reach out to you in a big hug.

As with everyone else, I am sooo sorry for the loss of this precious little girl.  I know we ended up getting taken away from the topic yesterday (dern kids *smile*), I did think about her last nite and had sent out some hopeful wishes.    I am very sorry to read this today.   I will pray that the greiving brings forth new light and that this does not hinder their determination to try again, no not to replace this precious lil girl, but well I am sure you understand what I am trying to express.

I appreciate your note and I do understand. I am sure that they will let God take them on this journey. Of course, they will never forget the loss of Grace, but if God adds a new member to their home they will hold their breaths as they await a successful conclusion to another gift from God.

I'm very sorry.

It's very hard to have a sick child in the NICU.. but to lose the baby.. I don't know how I would have coped.

Thank you so much. Like you, I'm not sure how I would manage this, but I know that they have a deep and abiding faith and I think that faith and loving support of family will help them thought this difficult time.
