I agree with everyone else. I am having surgery with them on Nov.5th. I applied in June and it was September before my first visit. They didnt contact me , I called them weekly , sometimes more often. I had to be very persistent , but once they started the ball rolling , they got me thru all my preops and approvals very quickly.
I did have someone from their ofc tell me that they were not scheduling any new appts till Nov when I called to check up on a study in Sept. Also , someone on the board who was interested mentioned that they were told that as well.
Keep trying , I believe they are worth the wait. The staff there was beyond helpful and polite. I felt very comfortable. Just keep pushing them,,,and good luck!

Can anyone give me a person's name that will help you out? I finally got a hold of someone and they told me they had been working with local's and that they planned to get to the out of state folks like me later. They also told me they were booked until November and were not making any appointments after that until they got moved the office.. I have waited patiently for my turn. I put in my application on July 18.
