Almost one month check-up

Hey everybody....I went on Tuesday for my almost one month check up and since surgery I have lost 26lbs.  I can't really tell bc I guess I see myself everyday...I even went through a 6 day stall that was horrible.  I was like what am I doing wrong.  But finally the scale moved!!  I have been going to the gym doing atleast 2 miles on the treadmill and about 5 miles on the stationary bike.  I thought I was over doing it so I stopped for 3 days bc i have had pain on my left side and goes to my lower back (not where my incision site is) but farther over and it has been hurting for about a week and a half. So I discussed it with my surgeon and he was a little concerned and he did a urinalysis (havent heard the results yet) and I have to have a ct scan on thursday.  I have to drink that barium stuff, they gave me 2 big jugs of it.  They have to be kidding me.  Anyways Im sure its nothing but just want to check to make sure.  Other than that I have thrown up several times in the past 2 days but I havent done it today!! Yay!  It hurts when i throw up.  Well i just wanted to catch everybody up on me and I do come on here everyday but mostly reading everybodys post.  Thank you for everything ladies.

26 pounds is great!  Congrats!  It took me quite awhile before I could see a difference too.  Others started seeing it in my face weeks before I noticed anything.

Sorry you're struggling, but I'm glad that your Dr is taking it seriously.  We'll be waiting to hear what your tests show...good luck...I hope it's nothing major!
