Just heard from Cindy's son

He called me to let us know that everything went well with her surgery.  I will be giving her a call later this evening.

Thanks for the update, I know that she was worried that they might not perform the surgery because of the glucose issues and drinking something during the night. Please let her know that I'm delighted to hear that all went well and welcome her to the loser's bench.

Phew!  Thanks, Catt.  Good to hear she was able to get her surgery and that everything went well!  Will look forward to hearing more.

I did try to call this evening, there was no answer in her room.  I know she stayed up most of the night, only got a couple of hours sleep.  She is probably resting.  I will give her a call in the morning

Well, I called the hospital last night and this morning and there was no answer in her room.  I called just a couple of minutes ago and was told she has been discharged!  Wow, she must be doing great :)
