I have gallstones...
I just got back from G'Vegas for my ultrasound. The tech said yep I have Gallstones 
my next test is a Endoscopy with Dr. Mann on October 22nd. I know hes going to say the gall bladder has to come out....thats fine cause I want this pain to go away!!!! just thought Id update everyone about whats going on with me.

Hi Darcie,
I am sorry you are having to go through this. You are right that it is painful! I had mine taken out around 1985 and it was a piece of cake. It was done laproscopically and I had it done on Thursday and was back at work on Monday! The worse was the gas of course.
I hope you get it taken care of soon.

I hate that you have gallstones, but as I have said earlier - get that gallbladder out and then problem is solved... I had mine out several years ago and even back then it wasn't a bad surgery - I had very young children then and was able to take care of them without any major problems.
Surely you can get into the surgeon before the 22nd...

I am so sorry you have to have that pain but am glad it is something that is easy to resolve. I do wish you could see your surgeon for it sooner though.

AWWWWW Darcie! Sorry to hear about the gallstones.
Oct 22 - geez, looks like they could get you in sooner since you are in pain. Bug them to see if they have anything sooner or if they can put you on a cancellation list and get you in sooner. (Gee I sound like Melissa_in_NC now...guess she taught me well!!!!)
The positive thing is you get to see Dr Mann again. lol

I'm sorry. I know you were hoping it wouldn't be this but like someone else said, at least this is somewhat easier to "fix" than an ulcer would be. Don't worry ~ I'm sure you will get thru this with no problems. Good thoughts being sent your way.
