By me!  Hi Everyone!  I hope you are all doing well.  Tomorrow night Zumba is having a dance party at Havanna Grill in Cary.  It is free and everyone is welcome.  There will be instructors there who will teach salsa, zumba, hip hop, belly dancing and more.....and it is all free.  Zumba is so much fun and really burns the calories, and I have always wanted to try belly dancing.  It starts at 6:30 and goes to whenever the music stops (that is what my Zumba instructor said).  I wanted to share with everyone because I thought it would be a great way to have fun and exercise.

Here is a link to some pictures a girl took of one of the parties in April to give you some idea:

Here is the info my Zumba instructor sent out about it:

Join us on Friday, September 26th for a FREE ZUMBA Party!

Ditch the Workout and Join the Party!!!

ZUMBA is fitness dance that uses high energy latin and international music ZUMBA involves a fusion of Salsa, Merengue, Reggaeton, Belly Dancing, Cumbia, Soca/Calypso, Reggae, and Hip Hop.

Location: Havana Grill 404 W Chatham St, Cary, NC

I was told it is family friendly and people bring their kids.  If you have questions, please feel free to ask me.

By the way, as of the beginning of this week, my doctor cleared me to exercise again, and my anemia has been taken care of.  I am feeling much better.   It is nice to feel like myself again, and I have lost a 131lbs!

Thank you to all of you who have prayed for and thought of me...I appreciate it more than you know.  I love you guys.

Jamie - that sounds like such fun.  But I am waaayyyy over here in Cleveland county and can't possibly make it... So you will have to go have fun for both of us!

So glad you are feeling better and congratulations on that weight loss... You have actually lost a whole 'nother person, did you realize that???

Wow! That sounds like soooo much fun! I love, love, love to dance ... Not that I have a sense of rhythm and I definitely have two left feet, but I love to pretend anyway.

Sarah woke up ill with flu like symptoms this morning, so she's home sick today. If I can make it I will, but I'm just not sure.

I'm so glad to hear that you are feeling better and it's apparent that you are doing fabulous job with this tool that you've given yourself.

All the best,

Barb
