I will not panic

I seem to be holding onto fluid these day the scale said up 10lbs OMG almost freaked big time but I know how my body loves to hold fluid.
What seems to be my pattern when I am holding fluid is when the fluid starts to come off it usally takes extra pounds with it.
My clothes are getting baggy on all areas plus my rings are finally getting loose again after almost a year.
I got a ring guard around this time last year so I am going to have to have the ring guard tightened up or get a smaller ring guard.

I can also make adjustments in my intake.
Other than that I feel wonderful and am still recording my intake everyday and doing my fitness.
Input is always welcome but keep it positive please.

For me it's pretty ironic that I retain fluids if I'm not drinking enough. Are you getting in all your water? Don't panic cause you've gained a lot of muscle these last few months so maybe that's a part of it.
Congratulations on the baggy clothes. How many sizes have you changed in the course of your weight loss?

How's your Mom? I'm going to be spending most of the day with mine. I'll be mentally exhausted when I get home. BUT she is one of my biggest cheerleaders.'

Have a great day -

Iris

Never fear Iris I am very dedicated to getting my 64 ounces in each day someday I only get 32 most of the time I do get my 64 in.
Thank God for crystal light.
Mother is doing soo much better and happier.
She now has a van so she is able to go get her hair done and she went to the carolina football game yesterday.

The highest size I used to wear was a 52 now I am wearing an 18
From my calculations I am down 34 sizes.

I really hate scales, Annie.  Mine has nothing positive to say to me any more, which is why my ticker hasn't been updated in so long.  Keep on doing the right stuff and you will be fine.

Hi Annie,

Remember that when the scale doesn't move, the tape measure seems to take up the slack and it appears to be so for you since your clothes are getting baggy even though the scale bumped up. Keep up the exercise and logging your intake. That's really going to hold you in good stead now and in the long term. Be sure that you are getting in all of your fluids because you can retain fluid when you become dehydrated also be sure that your salt intake ... directly and indirectly is where it should be. If you've had some things lately that are canned, boxed, or otherwise processed you might find that you are getting much more sodium than you might have bargained for.

Wishing you continued success my friend.

Barb

What Barb said LOL! Its the inches that count not the number on the scale. And your inches are subtracting all the time!
