Earlier today I recived an email informing me that Richard Simmons show Lighten Up has been cancelled due to some kind of merger.
The producers said that Richard will call me.
I was disapointed but am keeping positive and keeping in mind when one door closes another one opens.
I am hoping Richard will give me some insight on how to get my story out.
I belive with all my heart in the need to reah other SMO people with my personal story to give them hope for a brighter future.

Annie,

What a disappointment, not only for you but for those of us who were looking forward to tuning in to listen.  I hope the other door will open soon.

Keep the faith and I am sending good thoughts your way.

Hugs,

You always have the brightest outlook on things - and you're exactly right when one door closes another one opens. Who knows maybe the next door will have even broader reaches. I know that you have a guiding light that will outshine all of us.

That must be because of the merger between XM radio and Sirius Radio both being satelite broadcasters. That bites that Richard's show is one of the victims.

I'm sorry Annie,

I know you were really looking forward to the opportunity.  Hopefully your talk with Richard will open the doors you're hoping for.  If not...something else will.  You have an incredible story that can and will help a lot of people.  Hang in there!

I'm sorry that happened Annie.    Have you written your story for publication?  You have such a wonderful way of expressing yourself that I'm sure you could touch a much larger audience than through Richard Simmons alone.

Keep your chin up :)
