A wonderful chill in the air this morning

Been up and walking the babies this morning.
We walked for 45 minutes and it was great.
I could of worked today but decided I will do my demo tomorrow I have taken my two days off and today is my day and doing my workout is the main thing on my schedule today.
I am so glad to have my little workout room it is my peaceful place I can go too.

Annie,  Your walk sounds so refreshing!  Glad you've decided to take some time off for yourself.  :) 

I decided yesterday that I needed to focus on *moving.*  I went downstairs and puttered around doing some housework for awhile.  Got the big rugs washed (have to put them back down today), dishes done, counters and cabinets wiped down, laundry room organized.  I paid for it last night with severe sciatic pain, but I am going to get back at it here in a little while today.  My agenda is to clean my bathroom, bedroom, and sitting room.  I hope my pain level will allow it!  Right now I feel good about this being my little form of exercise.  I am a very type A OCD person *****lishes a perfect home (cleanliness and organization) so this weight/sciatic issue keeps me from having things the way I would like them to be a lot of the time.  If this is the form of exercise I get for now, it has double the benefits!

I can't wait for my lunch hour so I can go walking today. I almost wish I had brought a light jacket with me.

I'm going to have to walk my bloodhound when I get home this evening. He's being a bad boy here lately. He waits (lurks) by the backdoor and when someone opens it he bolts outside and takes off through the neighborhood. I just got called by animal control that he has done it again this morning. I guess I'm going to have to fence in hte back yard as well.

Funny you ask about the wii well........ we both took the wii fit test the other day and I had a score of 36 after the fit test I am now at 32 !!!!!
20 is the perfect score.

I've been riding in my car with the sunroof open & the windows down!!!

I have not tried the wii fitness, but I love the wii bowling...
Is the fitness a good investment??

you dont need to go buy wii fit to do it.

Iris, Lucky you....our blood hound walks us!!  I sure wish our whiskey girl could meet your boy!  She is in heat right now.  SHe likes walks because we have to keep her tied up or she is gone.  She wants to tree the cats anymore since they have learned to run from our other, inherited Dog.  We inherited a Sweet Pit bull, Yeager, from my daughters x boy friend who moved a long way away.  He didn't chase them at first till Whiskey showed him how to bark at them and get excited so the first time he scared them, one ran and he was like ok let me chase and eat you if I can.  So now they are both leashed.  Whiskey is a sweet dog but she is so hyper and slobbers over everything. She has her nose against everything she can espically clothes!  It's a shame these dogs can't stay still or in the yard but the nose just won't let them.
