its been a while so a quick update
Anyways, I have been able to maintain my goal weight (145) since Feb... so 7 months. I am excited that the scale has been holding steady except my normal change of 1-3lbs... it was a big fear of mine as I got close to/reached goal that I would start to regain. I know the possibility is still there but I am much less fearful now and am more comfortable in knowing what I need to do daily to keep myself on track.
Thats pretty much about it - I am keeping my fingers crossed on getting my first round of PS next year so hopefully I will be back to talk about that!

Hi Jenn,
Great to hear from you and I do understand what you mean about moving on ... I've been having that issue myself lately. Congratulations on maintaining your weight loss and moving forward with a 'normalized' life.
Wishing you continued success in this wonderful journey we call life!
All the best,
Barb

Glad to hear that your life has taken off and that you are having such awesome success with maintaining your goal weight. Seven months...that's so great!
Good luck with your PS. I think it's an excellent idea to wait to give your body time to adjust. That is my plan as well.
Take care and I hope to see some great before/after PS photos of you next year!
