I am going to check out vocational rehab to see if they can help me out because I do not have insurance.They want me to bring medical records.I haven't been to the doctor much bc I don't have ins.but I do go to my psychiatrist & for ten yrs I have talked to him about my weight...will this work for medical records? any advice is appreciated..
