Another muffin twist

What muffins are these? The flax seed microwave muffins? Well, definitely share Suzanne's famous muffin recipe. I don't venture to the NC Board too often.

Hi Emily here is the muffin recipe
1 egg
3Tbls flax seed meal
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 packs of splenda
you can also differnt spices like apple pie spice ect..
mix up and put in a ramekin or small bowl microwave for 60 seconds

I also spray my ramekin with pam.
Be creative you can also add SF syrups too.

This muffin really fills me up and sticks in the pouch for awhile.
