New to this site

Thanks to everyone for your encouraging words.  Someone asked where in NC I live.  Well, I grew up close to Hickory, NC but moved to Wilmington in 2001 when I re-married.   I have a lovely 22 year old and my husband of 7 years has been a blessing from God.  I know he loves me for who I am, but I finally had a serious talk with him Saturday about surgery.  He said he'd support me in whatever decision I make.  Due to my insurance currently paying 80% verses me being able to change to 90% coverage at the first of the year, I've decided to wait for the additional coverage.  In the meantime, I'm trying to eat better and getting a little exercise.  We bought a Wii and the Wii Fit.  Who knew they could make moving around so much fun.
