Good news!!! I've gained some weight!
Now who would have ever thought that I'd be excited that I've been able to put on a few lbs. I have always fought the scale in the other direction, but now I'm delighted that I've been able to stop the weight loss and get my weight back up to 136 by adding more fat and carbs to my diet. I'm keeping a close eye on it and will make necessary adjustments if my wieght starts moving upward too much.
I just thought I'd give you an update to let you know that I'm doing well.

Hi Deb,
Right now I'm just taking it as it comes. I think I'm most comfortable in the mid 140's, but if I stay here it would be okay and even if I got up as high as the mid 150's, I could handle that ... but I must say that the thought of gaining 20 lbs is scary. So, we'll just wait and see what happens. While I wanted to stop losing and to gain, I have to admit that gaining is a scary proposition. I'm so afraid that I can't control it and that I'll end up where I started.
It looks like you are doing well with your weight.
