Wish me well

I am out the door to my first fill appt.  He is doing it under fluro and I hope this goes well...  Yea, I am a bit nervous.. Wondering how long will this take, how will I feel, an most importantly how will it increase my weight loss to reach my goal.

So asking for good vibes and I will let everyone know when I get back home.

Wow!!!! That is great!  I have to wait until October 14th to possibly get a fill.  My weight loss seems to have stopped and I have no restriction at all.  I even went up a couple of pounds which is scary!  Oh well I am just trying to maintain until then.

Diane - I feel great - I updated with I am home after doctor's appt.  - see for yourself...

Liquids yesterday and today - tomorrow is soft foods for 2 days and then I am back to whatever I want.  Feeling great !
