1st Class at Hospital - On the Way
I had my class today at the hospital. The one where they get your initial weight, bp, bmi, etc. I should have my appointments by the end of next week for all of my pre-surgery requirements. I had an exam and was told everything looked good and I should be a good candidate. I have BCBSNC and I've read where they approve fairly quickly. Has anyone had any problems with them or what should I look out for?
Thanks
Deborah

Blue Cross approved my surgery in less than 24 hours and I was on the OR table 3 weeks later. I did have the high BMI was well as the comorbidities - diabetes, sleep apnea and high blood pressure. I had "0" problems with BCBS of NC
