Hi Dana,
I've missed you and I'm glad to see you posting again. Please know that it's normal to have your weight loss slow significantly when you are about a year out and if you check with several of the others that are a year out or so, I think you will find that many of us continue to lose ... slowly, but continue for months after hitting that one year mark. You have done a fabulous job so far and I am delighted to see that you seem to feeling as great as you look.
I wish that I was going to be around for the "Walk from Obesity", but alas I will not. Please thinkk of me as you make the journey.
Keep up the good work.

I am so proud of you!
I get the whole slowly losing thing. I love life right now (I crossed my legs for the first time last week!!!!) But it seems like it is taking FOREVER to get a pound off. As long as I keep losing, I'll be content but at this rate it seems like I'll be losing the last pounds when I'm 95!!

I am walking in the Walk in Concord the week before (Sept 20). And just gave a phone interview for the Fort Mill Times about the walk. They have also interviewed Sue Rutland (the bariatric coordinator from Northeast) and are going t get in touch with Reenie, too! The article will be in the paper next week so I'll try and put a link in to it!
I am really excited because I am donating some gift albums from my B2B business as prizes for the drawings at the walk. And I'll be displaying there too. AND .. .drumroll, I'll have both DH and my oldest grandniece and grandnephew walking with us too. Wheeee!
And a gal from my Weigh****chers group wants to participate too!!!
