annoying question

ok.. i know people ask this alll the time so its really annoying.. but now that i have a date and everything i want to have one of those weight loss trackers in my signatures! but i can figure out how.. i cant even figure out how to make a signature!! lol       also.. on my profile.. near the avatar thing it still says "learning about surgery"  i cant figure out how to get that off either.  i found out how to put my surgery date on there.. but i want that part off.  if anyone could help me that would be greatly appreciated!

OK, let me see if I can explain this. Go to tickerfactory.com. Make your desired ticker. When it is done....copy and paste the ticker (the actual pic, not the code) and place it in your signature line which you can find   <---------- over there under user settings. When you need to update the tiker you only have to go to the tickerfactory site and change it on there and it will automatically change it on here. I keep the ticker saved in my favorites for easy finding.

For the learning about surgery part:  At the top of the page you see Welcome, Yourname| Bookmarks | My Account| Sign Out | Help

Choose My Account.  On that page you will see "All about you"  Choose General Information.  The first drop down box is where you change "learning about surgery"
