FATIGUE....
I have to go back to work next week, and I'm still so tired!!! Dr. K says that EVERY patient of his says they're tired, so it's normal, but I have never been one to sleep much, much less take NAPS! I am totally addicted to my morning naps....I guess I"m going to have to take my pillow and blankie to work with me and take a nap during lunch!
Did anybody else have this problem with fatigue??? I just want to have some energy! When will I feel "normal" again?

Hey Lisa:
I went back to work after 3 weeks and doc said it takes 6 weeks for anesthesia to get out of your system. When i continued to feel like crap and was back at work a month with no energy, surgeon still said all was ok but to have PCP ck BP meds. Went to PCP and per my mother, had her ck my thyroid and sure enuf that was low....i also didn't lose wt for a few weeks prior to that. Since i am menopausal and was post surgery, she said either of those could have caused it. Give it a few weeks and if you aren't feeling better, visit your PCP for a once over.
Hope you build your strength back quickly.
Take care, Pam
What do you mean? Im almost a year out and Im STILL tired LOL no really you will get your energy back!!! especailly when you start dropping the pounds off
I was dragging my ass for about a month. Then I felt much better but as of late have been very tired. I chalk this up to the new pain management I am on for my back.. Id rather have the back pain then be dragging and looking for candy to eat >
Best of luck to you!!!!
