Pre Surgery Diet
I drink a protein shake first around 9am. I have a weigh****chers yogurt around 10:30am. For lunch I will have light soup or v8 juice (sometimes 4 thinly slices luncheon turkey ) and maybe a salad, another protein shake for evening snack. For supper I have been eating grilled chicken with green beans, or pints, or broccoli and I will have some sugar free pudding or applesauce. I have also ate cashews if I get real hungry, but just a few (like10). I have been walking on the treadmill at least 15 minutes a day, mostly 30 minutes. The first few days were so hard, i just about starved, but around the 4th day I was fine. i hope this helps.
