Let's do it!!!
I had a wonderful walk with the bulldogs this morning I noticed a cool crisp in the air.
I am now up to doing 60 minutes on the treadmill with 20 minutes with a 15% incline.
I have to give it all I have but boy am I happy when that incline part is over and I can level out the treadmill again.
This maybe too early to announce but I am going to put it out there on October 25th we will have our yearly Halloween party and it will be at our house.
We switch up with our nieghbor one year he has it and the next year we have it.
This year Lee and I will dress up like SG1 looks like I finally will be able to get my first pair of real army pants LOL
We are also going to be roasting a pig.
So as the time gets closer I will be sure to post the invitation.

Hi Dalton,
I never never was a si fi person till I met my DH.
He has me hooked LOL we have almost the complete seasons for SG1 all we need now is season 9 and we will have all 10 seasons.
My dear nieghbor has alot of influnce on the sci fi situation here too.
My friend is a comic book colorist and is a big Dr. Who fan and a treky.
When my husband and him get together well it is something else to see LOL
Actually my friend got me hooked on Buffy.
I found a great xbox game with Buffy last week.
OMG I am loving it.

Today I almost hit 1500 calories burned I am able to do 60 minutes on the treadmill.
I dont go fast and glad I can hold on but I just do it.

Hey Annie,
Doing well. Down about 125 lbs. Today I took in around a 1000 calories and a whopping 138 grams of protein. Exercise took me down to around a net of 400 calories. I am doing low carb for a couple of days to help get my body through this 3 week stall. Seems to be working.
I am a huge Battlestar, and Buffy, and Stargate, and Trek, and Who fan too. Sounds like I need to meet your hubby and neighbor. :-)

and be safe this weekend... Hanna's on her way. I know they are telling us it will be a baby storm but having lived most of my life in Louisiana, one thing I've learned is you can never predict how these hurricanes will go. Just talked to my sister and they are dealing with a terrible mess in Lousiana. Gustav really did a number on them. Its going to be another 10 days before they get power on, and gasoline and ice are impossible to find. Such a mess. Be safe you guys...
