A Day Of Rest
Taking today off from working out.
Went to see my mom yesterday and she looks great.
She was visiting with a friend when I got there and as far as the lift goes it is working out much better.
I have always known my mom was a fighter and she is proving that to me once again.
As for the drinking she hasent had anything in two weeks and I can already see a difference in her appearance.
