A Little WooHoo for me

Hi Everyone, I haven't posted in awhile, but have been around, just really busy.  But, wanted to share something I realized this week.  I checked my BMI, and it's under 40, which I was really excited about.  But, that's not the best part......I am no longer considered "Morbidly Obese".  I'm now "Severely Overweight".  I haven't been under 225 in 10-15 years, and it feels GREAT!!  Thanks for letting me share my moment.  Oh, and I did my measurements today, and I've lost 20.5" total, since my surgery----mind boggling sometimes!  I'm so glad I had this surgery, and made this life changing decision for myself!!  Best to all---Jennifer

That is a major WOW Jennifer!  Congrats!   Not many "normal sized" folks could relate to what it means to us as we move from one BMI  category to another, but to me it was a major morale boost as I know it is for you!  Keep up the great work!  Alice
