feeling great at 6:30am

Despite the wonderful night sweats that start around 4 am I got up at 6am ad the dogs and I went for a very early morning walk.
I loved the silence all around us as we walked.
I worked the past two days and finally I have today off.
Mother is getting used to her lift and it seems to be working out so far.
My plan for today is to workout at my own pace not to feel rushed and maybe will get to play my Buffy game.
Unfortunatly Lee wont have a day off till Tuesday and he has been working many 11 hour days.

Yesterday I demoed Gourmet Tuna and Salmon put out by Delmonte Seas I really liked the tuna and it comes on 3.5 ounce containers.
I had one for lunch with a few Triscuits it was great.

It's starting out to be an absolutely beautiful day. I've spent some time on my porch watching my hummingbirds. The dogs have already played themselves out and all are napping quietly. I'm getting ready to spend some quality time with my treadmill then my best friend wants me to ride out with her today to look at a standard poodle puppy.

Sounds like a nice day for you Iris.
I love to watch hummingbirds too.
In fact the deer family has been in my back yard for over two hours just chillin out.
I am thankful they feel safe here.
I want to get a picture but I might disturb them.
