Hey Jennifer ...Welcome to the NC Board.  I am 6 1/2 months post-surgery and still try to get on this board daily.   As others have said, this is the best support network and I also couldn't do it without my wonderful NC family.

Hey, Jennifer and welcome!  Wow, September 26th - so close, congrats!

I have to thank Shelia for pointing me to the NC boards - the folks here are exceptionally supportive and helpful.  The best part is that I've connected to other WLS folks and have even had a chance to meet-up.  What a difference that makes to have that support when other friends and family just sort of grin and try to understand the issues.
