I'm still pre-op, but I'm always glad to see patients of Dr. "Fuzz" on here!! I'm sure you'll be able to find someone with the band to talk to; everyone is so nice and helpful on this board.
Good luck with your surgery, and please let us know how everything goes. I'm sure you'll have no problems at all - you'll be in VERY good hands!!

Hi Missy,
I had the realize lap band surgery on August 12th. It was a piece of cake. I was only in surgery for 50 minutes and the dr said it went text book perfect. I was a little sore for a couple of days but it was not bad at all. Holding a pillow over my belly when I laughed or coughed or tried to get in and out of bed or a chair was a big help. Do take your pain meds as directed and your pain level will not get too high!! If you want to talk send me a pm and I'll send my cell number.
