Up and walking this morning

Finally it was dry enought to take the dogs on thier walk this morning.
I think I enjoyed it as much as they did.
I have to work today and tomorrow but plan on doing 60 on the treadmill before going to work each day.
I think I figured out why I dumped yesterday.
I put whipped cream on my coffee.
I know I have become lactose intolorant since surgery and normally have lactaid with my protien shakes or cereal.
I may not be right about this but I think that is what happend.
Mother has her hospital bed and lift delivered today I will go by there after work.
I have only a 4 hour demo today.
I will be serving Edy;s Dibs and Peppridge  Farms cake.
I can promise you this yes I may have one dib and if I do ok with that may try a tiny piece of cake but all left overs will not come home with me.

Its amazing that you can do this job with all those tasty treats staring at you all day. I don't know I could handle it.
I bet the doggies were happy to get their walk in this morning.

Actually it really isnt to bad looking at the treats.
Before surgery that would have been another story.
I did try some Edy;s Dibs a serving was 28 dibs and the calories was 280 not worth it to me.
I can easily see how easy it would be for someone to eat the whole box in one sitting.
Bubbles is my constant reminder of why I never venture to far out of my diet guidelines.
Tomorrow is tuna fish OMG dont think that will go over to well LOL
BTW I found a Buffy XBox gane for 4 dollars yesterday it is soooo coool.
I get to carry Mr. Pointy with me and slay vamps.

Sounds like you are getting on track with things for your mom.  Hope things get back to normal soon!
