what the heck is going on????
Absolutely completely normal. There is *alot* of water that shifts around when you are losing weight due to the glycogen in your muscles and liver (a 4:1 ratio of water:glycogen).. the average liver holds 2lbs of glycogen, and thus the body *needs* 8lbs of water in order to process that. Thus the massive fluctuations some days.
Plus, hey, women hold water at various times due to our menstural cycles. Personall, I get it 2x per month and hold onto it for about 10 days each time. I probably only "lose" weight visible on a scale for 10 days a month.

You may have also gained muscle again while losing fat.
I have the home version of the Tanita scale Dr. M's office uses. If gives you a good idea of percen****er and fat.
The support group is Thursday 9/4. If you get there early you can weigh on the their version of the scale. I will be out of town during the support group.
I would tell you not to weigh so much, but I am one who weighs every day.
But you will be OK.
