I tried spanx that are supposed to go up to your bra - but mine kept rolling down... do i get a size bigger..... everything is so expensive - please tell me your secrets... thanks!!!

I just sma**** all in suckie underwear and hope for the best.   :)

However the thing that I can't get over is taking a bath....  Have you seen how all the loose skin just moves around in the tub and floats....  Is that not weird or what???

You are soooo right. It's something that someone would have to see to believe.

Boy, can I relate! I'm about 16 months post op and thinner that I ever imagined. Honestly, I didn't have the extra skin issues/concerns, I'd probably be perfectly happy with my size/weight, but I have found that with the last 20, 15 and even 10 lbs that the extra skin is really an issue for me. I think it's only something you can truly appreciate/understand once it's happened to you. I know that for myself, I never really grasped what it is like until I got here. Like so many of us, I am so incredibly grateful for the renewed and improved health and lifestyle, but sometimes the extra skin can be difficult both physically and psychologically.

From a logistics  perspective, I really dress to camoflage and most of the time, I think it works pretty well. There are a number of products out the there to help you suck it all in, but I recently found a great one that's incredible reasonable; Berkshireu.com has a highwaisted tummy trimmer and I wore it all day without having it roll or slide down and it only cost 9.99. What a deal?

Congratulations on all that you have done and wishing you continued success,

Barb
